• We provide lender specific guidelines with every order to keep lender request for corrections / revisions to a minimum.
• We offer you a break from collections. US ValNet, LLC pays your invoice net 30.

 

For consideration to become part of our independent appraiser fee panel please do the following:

The following should be uploaded to our website when filling out our online application:



• Proof of Errors & Omissions Insurance
• Copy of your current license(s) and certification(s)
• W-9 Form
• HUD letter of Approval (if applicable)

Once we receive your online application we will email you our agreement package.
